First, Fallot's tetralogy:

  1. Pulmonary stenosis → Hypertrophy of right ventricle
  2. Overriding of aorta
  3. Persistent interventricular foramen (VSD)

Second, Fallot's trilogy (aka Eisenmenger's) is the same but without pulmonary stenosis.
